2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Tharangambadi, Nagapattinam District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.105 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
