(CR NO. 1042/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in its order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19302/2021 and surrender before the investigating officer for a further period of ten days. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 20.10.2021 this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions of the order dated 20.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.19302 of 2021.
