This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.06 of 2023 pending on the file of first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Tiruvannamalai and it has been taken on file in Spl.S.C. No.103 of 2023. 3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
