The learned Additional Advocate General made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 10.04.2019 in W.P.No.17605 of 2018 has been complied with. In this regard, the Government issued orders in G.O.(D) No.31, Home (Transport-II) Department dated 10.01.2020 and G.O.(D) No.32, Home (Transport-II) Department dated 10.01.2020.

In view of the fact that the order has been implemented, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the contempt petition and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
