ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3466 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.We do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. It appears that the third respondent in the writ petition has filed a suit by arraying the contemnor as a party. Inasmuch as the order passed has been complied with by concluding the proceedings, the contempt petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to implead himself in the pending civil proceedings.
