This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.316 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ambattur.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report as to how long the learned District Munsif will take to dispose of E.P.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.316 of 2015.

3. The learned District Munsif has sent a report stating that E.A.No.5 of 2023 was pending for clarification regarding the restoration petitions and since the said restoration petitions were disposed of, EA.No.5 of 2023 can be taken up for hearing at the earliest. He also gave an assurance that on disposal of EA.No.5 of 2023, the further proceedings in E.P. No.5 of 2022 shall be expedited by taking up on a regular basis.

4. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif is directed to dispose of E.P.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.316 of 2015 within a period of three months from today.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
