ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter Dipika, D/o.Rathina aged about 17 years before this Court and handover her to the custody of the petitioner.
2. Today, Mr.B.Gururathinam, WHC 2173, Hosur AWPS, Krishnagiri District produced the daughter of the petitioner viz., Dipika, aged 17 years. The mother of the minor girl were also present before this Court.
3. When interacted with the Dipika, she clearly stated that since, there is some dispute within the family members, her uncle tried to torture her, she left the house. Now, she is willing to go with her mother. He mother also stated that she will take care.

4. In view of the above, it cannot be stated that Kalaiselvi is in illegal detention.
5. With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. In the event any further harassment or torture said to have been committed by any other family members, the detenue and her mother are at liberty to file necessary complaint and on such complaint, the police will act as per law.
