ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai vide judgment dated 29.09.2022 disposed of the case in S.C.No.264 of 2019 and acquitted the petitioner/accused under Section 235(1) of Cr.P.C.
2. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has been fairly conceded by the petitioner's counsel. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal original 2/4
petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
