O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai to dispose of the R.E.P.No.7 of 2019 in O.S.No.185 of 2009 within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this revision petition, even without issuing notice to the respondent.
3. The petitioner had obtained a decree for declaration of title, injunction in respect of item No.1 and also for recovery of possession in respect of item No.2 of suit property. The executable portion of the decree was put into execution in R.E.P.No.7 of 2019 and a perusal of the docket entry included in the typed set of papers would suggests that the Execution Petition has been kept pending in the enquiry stage from December 2021 onwards without any substantial progress.
