Challenge in this revision is to the order of the Tribunal, permitting the claimants to examine a Doctor of their choice in a motor accident claims case.

2.Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Insurance Company would submit that after filing of the revision, the Tribunal has disallowed the examination of the Doctor of the choice of the claimants, since it found him to be the Doctor, who appears before the Tribunal regularly and has referred the claimant to the Medical Board for its opinion on the disability. Hence, nothing survives in this civil revision petition. This civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
