This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 to 15 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. The Learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent states that he appears for the wife of the deceased 1st respondent and the proposed parties are none else than their children.

3. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application. The Learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent has no objection in allowing this application.
