This Application has been filed to amend the appellant's name in the cause title and wherever the appellant's name appears as Chennapuri Nidhi Limited instead of Chennapuri Mutual Benefit Fund in the A.S.No.71 of 2011. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no serious objections in allowing this application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the appellant had produced the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
