This petition has been filed to accept the payment of cost made on 15.07.2025 after the expiry of granted time in Crl.M.P.No.7869 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.23730 of 2024.

2. This Court, by an order dated 23.06.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.7869 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.23730 of 2024 condoned the delay, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- directly to the respondents, within a period of one week from the date of the order.

3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if it is otherwise in order.
