Mr.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle is untraceable and therefore seeks leave of this Court withdraw this application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
