JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 20.01.2017 made in A.S. No.99 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Erode, reversing the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2016 made in O.S. No.257 of 2012 on the file of the learned Second Additional Sub Court, Erode.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that the parties have settled their dispute outside Court and therefore the second appeal may be dismissed as nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. He further undertakes to file a memo to that effect.
