The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court, while granting bail to the appellants in Crl.A.No.447 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022 directing the appellants to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Singanallur Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., except on the hearing dates of the present case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.
3. It is seen that it is a case of double murder that too against the members of Scheduled Caste community. Therefore, if the condition is relaxed, there is every possibility of tampering the witnesses and further the trial has not been commenced. Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the appellants.
