These appeals are filed against a decree for divorce granted by the Trial Court and dismissal of an application for restitution of conjugal right. Pending appeals, the parties have entered into a compromise and a compromise memo signed by both the parties have placed before us. The 2/4

entire amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Laksh only) agreed to be paid over to the appellant / wife has been paid. 2.In view of the settlement reached and the lumpsum payment made, these appeals are dismissed as settled out of Court and the decree granting maintenance in O.S.No.34 of 2014 will stand set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The compromise memo will form part of the decree.
