This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the dismissal order of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, the petition filed for transferring of case from one Magistrate to another Magistrate making 1/3

allegation that the Magistrate has proposed the parties to settle the matter amicably out of Court.

2.This Court finds no merits in this petition and also see that this petition is filed only to protract the proceedings by making allegation against the Presiding Officer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
