The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.36306 of 2016 dated 18.10.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the respondent in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.10.2016 had disbursed the retiral benefits of the petitioner in monthly instalments, interest of the said amount has not been paid.

4. Since the retiral benefits of the petitioner has been paid, I am of the opinion that there is no need to keep this contempt petition pending.

5. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. However it is made clear that if the petitioner has any other grievance he can make representation before the respondent.
