This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to take further action on the petitioners complaint dated 31.12.2018 and 09.08.2019 and legal action against the accused persons (1) Elumalai, (2) Punitha and (3) Dhanalakshmi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
