This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.656 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., 01.11.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well the learned Government Advocate submitted that already final judgment, dated 26.02.2021 has been passed in C.C.No.656 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and a copy of the judgment has also been produced before this Court.
