O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of common order passed in W.P. No. 34117 of 2018, dated 20.02.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation has submitted before this Court that as per the order of this Court made in W.P.No.34117 of 2018 dated 20.02.2019, action has been taken and the said fast food by name "Karikudi Chettinadu Mess" has been sealed by the respondents under Section 379 (A) of Act. The learned Standing Counsel has also filed a report dated 31.12.2019 before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not contravened the statements made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation and requested this Court to record the aforesaid statement.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate the contempt petition stands closed.
