The learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2023. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report dated 04.03.2024. Same is taken on record.

2. In the report, the learned Advocate Commissioner has stated that the vehicle was seized and possession was handed over to the respondent and thereafter the learned Advocate Commissioner has returned back to Chennai. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo for additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

3. Considering the fact that the warrant has been successfully executed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, court is inclined to order a sum of Rs.25,000/- as additional remuneration.

4. In view of the seizure of the vehicle, I find no reasons to keep this Arbitration Application alive. The applicant is directed to initiate arbitration proceedings within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the seized vehicle shall be returned back to the respondents.
