O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed, complaining about noncompliance of the order, dated 04.10.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35125 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of compliance, has been complied with in the form of a rejection order vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruttani, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Na.Ka.No.5873/2017/A6, dated 19.09.2017, which is taken on file and record.

3. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to make a challenge to the said order. If the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to him under law, it is open for him to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
