Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Order of the third respondent in Na Ka No.6833/Aa1/2018 dated 04.01.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents (3) and

(4) to register the Deed of Mortgage by Deposit of Title Deeds dated 01.10.2018 executed by the petitioner to and in favour of the State Bank of India.
