ORDER

The above application is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of the proceedings for divorce filed by the respondent/husband in M.O.P.No.448 of 2021, on the file of the Family Judge, Puducherry, to the file of the Family Court Cuddalore.

2. The respondent who has entered appearance through counsel has no objection to the M.O.P.No.448 of 2021, being transferred but however he denies the allegation made in the Paragraph No.7 of the affidavit which is extracted as follows: "7. I state that moreover the respondent is a very influential person in Puducherry, his uncle and cousins are practicing advocates in Puducherry Court and they yield much influence and thus I feel insecure to appear in Puducherry, coupled with the fact that my father was shamed many times by them during this integrum period."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction has given an undertaking that no further Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition will be filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The said submission is recorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and M.O.P.No.448 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Judge, Puducherry is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court Cuddalore.
