This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2021 within a stipulated time.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
