ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Padmavathi, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.679/SDO-AKM/CAMP/2021 dated 01.12.2021 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the 2nd respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
