C.M.P.No.17740 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.111445 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The notice has been served on the contesting parties. The 1st respondent who is the husband of the 2nd respondent and the father of the deceased is represented by the wife.

3. Respondents 3 & 4 have remained ex parte before the Trial Court.

Contesting respondents though served have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
