The petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13324 of 2024, who is a defacto complainant has filed this petition to implead himself as one of the respondents.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in this case, points raised is between the State and the respondent and hence, opposed this petition to be ordered .

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a defacto complainant, he has to be necessarily impleaded.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
