This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in W.P.No.28536 of 2019 as "to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus (or) any other Writ (or) direction in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the notice affixed on the premises of the petitioner U/s. 56(2A) of Tamilnadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and quash the same and render justice" instead of the original prayer. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.G.T.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
