ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to dispose of S.A.No.234 of 2015 and all the connected Interlocutory Applications expeditiously.

2. Since S.A.No.234 of 2015 is pending for the last seven years before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, we find reason to issue direction for the expeditious disposal of the said case by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. We are not giving the time frame, however, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore would be expected to take up S.A.No.234 of 2015 and other connected Interlocutory Applications on priority basis. Considering the long pendency of the cases, that too of the year 2015, it is directed that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore should take up all old matters on priority basis and dispose of the same.
