This petition is filed to vacate the order of the stay dated 18.08.2022 in C.M.P.No.12895 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1784 of 2022.

2.Since it is a case of gratuitous passenger, this Court cannot entertain this vacate stay application. Hence, this petition stands closed.

3.Interim stay already granted by this Court shall stand extended till 30.01.2024.
