ORDER

At the time of institution of the suit, the 9th defendant was impleaded as John Doe since the plaintiff did not have any particulars of the said defendant. After the 3rd defendant provided the details of the erstwhile John Doe, the plaintiff has presented this application for consequential amendments to the plaint.

2. None of the defendants, who are represented in the suit, have any objections to the proposed amendments.

3. Upon examining the proposed amendments and being satisfied that these amendments are consequential to the disclosure of the particulars of the earlier unnamed 9th defendant, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 30.07.2025 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on learned counsel for the defendants within a week therefrom. 23-07-2025 KJ (1/2)
