2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13313 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders.
