Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 516 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal is condoned, on condition, the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of two weeks, failing compliance, the delay petition shall stand automatically be dismissed.

In case, the above said condition is complied with, within the stipulated time, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
