ORDER
When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the De-facto complainant. He had filed the Petition seeking direction from this Court to the Respondent Police 1/4
to proceed with the investigation and file a final report before the Court concerned in which a case was registered by the Respondent Police in Crime No.957 of 2019 based on the complaint preferred by the Petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation had been completed and final report had already been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram on 23.06.2022. The learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram had taken cognizance of the offences alleged in the final report and numbered as C.C.No.193 of 2022.
