ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 r/w Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.274 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the submission and on perusal of the materials, it is seen that there are totally 9 accused. A1 to A7 were employed by A8 & A9 whereby they have sold the harmful alcoholic contents at various places and also selling at higher rate.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.08.2025 dna 2/4
