Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.05.2016 and to pay the family pension benefits along with arrears to the petitioner.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.05.2016 and to pay the family pension benefits along with arrears to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that all the required documents were already filed by the respondents and therefore, the representations submitted by the petitioner is to be considered on merits.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for considering the representation submitted by the writ petitioner.

4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 06.05.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
