This application has been filed to permit the applicant in A.No.4898 of 2021 to amend the Judges Summons filed in A.No.4898/2021 by striking off the respondents 1 to 22 and add the Trust namely The Trustees of the Sri Vyasarpadi Vinayaka Mudaliars Charities, 22, South Mada Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 as the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
