O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents and register the complaint based on the petitioner complaint dated 01.12.2021 and 06.12.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 06.12.2021. After receipt of the complaint, though there was an enquiry, further no action has been taken. Hence he filed this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, both the petitioner as well as the counter complainant had appeared for enquiry on 06.12.2021. On that day quarrel aroused between them and there were exchange of words by the Advocates on both sides and there was a coarsening in the police station.

Hence, the petitioner and the counter complainant are directed to come alone to the respondent police station for enquiry. Further he submits that the presence of the Advocates is not necessary. Neither the petitioner, nor the counter complainant appeared before the respondent police. 4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of materials, this Court directs the petitioner and the counter complainant to appear before the respondent police independently, without the Advocates for enquiry on 28.12.2021. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action. In case, the presence of the Advocate is necessary, they would called and informed.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
