Perused the pleadings. Based on the pleadings, the following issues are framed for trial: (i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to half of the share in the suit schedule property left behind by her parents died during Covid-19 pandemic on 30.04.2021 and 03.05.2021, respectively? (ii) Whether there was any family arrangement between the plaintiff and the husband of the first defendant regarding the properties left by their parents?
