This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2016.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that a case in Crime No.140 of 2016 has been registered under Section 379 of Cr.P.C. and the same is under investigation.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
