Vijayalakshmi aged about 58 years for mental stability and furnish a Medical Disability Certificate explaining her mental condition along with her medical records available with the Government Hospital during her stay there from 29.12.1997 to 02.04.2012.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent herein to medically examine G. Vijayalakshmi, aged about 58 years for mental stability and furnish a Medical Disability Certificate explaining her mental condition along with her medical records available with the Government Hospital during her stay there from 29.12.1997 to 02.04.2012. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Medical Certificate dated 23.09.2019 for the said G. Vijayalakshmi has been issued to the Petitioner and a copy of the same has been produced, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
