O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register the F.I.R against the second respondent in pursuant to the C.S.R registered in CSR.No.964 of 2015, dated 07.09.2015 on the file of the respondent police and to investigate the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent gave a false promise that he would secure a seat for school admission for the petitioner's son in Vidya Vikas School at Tiruppur and collected Rs.1,70,000/- from the petitioner. The petitioner also gave some jewels for the purpose of school admission. But without securing the seat in the school, the second respondent misappropriated the amount. Hence, she lodged a complaint with the respondent police. Since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no action has been taken so far, the present complaint has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, CSR.No.964/2015 has been assigned.

4. Since CSR number has been assigned, this Court directs the 1st respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 07.09.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
