This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR, against one Mr.Kanthan, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2015.
2. Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2015, provided any prima facie case is made out against one Mr.Kanthan, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
