This sub application has been filed, seeking to delete the name of the 1st respondent from the array of parties in Cont.P.No.2083 of 2025.

2. Admittedly, the name of the person mentioned as a 1st respondent in Cont.P.No.2083 of 2025 was not a party to the writ petition in W.P.No.8734 of 2025. In the said writ petition, this Court has passed an order dated 28.03.2025, which is subject matter of Cont.P.No.2083 of 2025.

3. Since the name of the person mentioned as a 1st respondent in Cont.P.No.2083 of 2025 is in fact Principal Chief Commissioner of Customs, who is not a party to W.P.No.8734 of 2025, this sub application has to be allowed as prayed for. Accordingly, this sub application is allowed by removing the name of the 1st respondent alone in Cont.P.No.2083 of 2025. 24.07.2025 (1⁄2) arb ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
