O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation on 23.07.2019 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The Tahsildar, Ambattur, who is the 2nd respondent herein through the learned Government Advocate reports that the representation of the petitioner herein dated 23.07.2019 has been taken up for enquiry and the 2nd respondent has summoned the parties to appear before him on 04.10.2019 for enquiry.

3.The learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5 acknowledges the receipt of notice issued by the Tahsildar for appearance on 04.10.2019.

4.In view of the action initiated by the 2nd respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 5 to participate in the enquiry initiated by the 2nd respondent with all documents in their possession. The 2nd respondent herein shall consider the documents produced for fair enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.
