The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the property bearing plot Nos.7, 8 and 9 comprised in S.No.524/3A2, Green park Avenue, Vadamambakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk covered under the sale deed in Doc. No.2799/2016 dated 23.06.2016. From the date of purchase, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property. Subsequent to purchase of the above property, the petitioner had applied for issuance of separate patta after due sub division through online application on 28.12.2017 along with necessary fees, but the same is not considered so far. Without having no other option, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking an alternative remedy.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the
learned Additional Government Pleader and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court direct respondents to consider the representation dated 28.12.2017 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
