O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant (History) based on the marks secured by the petitioner in Teacher Eligibility Test conducted in the year 2013 and for a consequential direction to appoint the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (History).

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed a copy of the order dated 08.11.2022 in W.P.No.5479 of 2016 filed by the same petitioner. In the said writ petition also the petitioner sought relief to consider her for selection for the post of B.T.Assistant (History) based on the marks secured by her in the selection test conducted in the year 2013. The relevant portion of the order is at 2/4

paragraph No.6 and the same is extracted hereunder: ''6. As far as the petitioner is concerned, she had even studied the Degree Course through distant education mode and further studied one year +2 (Higher Secondary) course and that too studied after acquiring the Degree and for all these reasons, the petitioner is not possessing the educational qualification through regular pattern and thus, this Court does not find any infirmity in respect of the reasons stated in the order impugned.''

3. In the light of the finding of this Court while dismissing the W.P.No.5479 of 2016 filed by the petitioner, in the considered opinion of this Court nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
